Rob Rosa of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services was professional and right on point when it came to the sale of our property. Once a contract was signed he immediately flooded multiple markets with great pictures and descriptions of the property. An open house was scheduled and with his advertising and emails to potential buyers he was familiar with there were over 30 responses to that alone on top of individual showings during the time the property was on the market.
